ABOUT THE ARTIST

Sharon Higgins loves to paint and has painted her whole life. She paints mostly Southwestern realistic oil paintings scenes but is comfortable with all subjects including Western landscapes and all western art. She paints every day and is loving it. She paints in oils, acyrlics, watercolors and most media.

Sharon is a working artist in that she paints almost every day. Her work is valued by many serious , art collectors in America and Europe and has won numerous awards and is widely collected and well known.
She works digilently on composition and realistic oil painting rendering of the subject details. Her favorite subjects are the awe inspiring vibrant cololrs of the aspens, and southwest landscapes.
